How You Receive Your Files

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will see download links on the order confirmation page and receive them by email. No shipping, no waiting.

File Formats

Each product page lists the exact files included (for example: "One printable PDF"). Our planners are PDF files that you can print at home or use on a tablet. No special software purchase is required — any free PDF reader works.

Accessing Your Downloads Later

Keep your confirmation email — your download links are in it. If you lose access, contact us with your order number and we will re-send your links.

Failed or Pending Payments

Download links are only issued after your payment is successfully confirmed. If your payment fails or is still pending, you will not receive files until it clears. You will not be charged for a failed payment.

Technical Issues

If a download link does not work, try a different browser first. If the problem persists, contact us and we will resolve it promptly — including re-sending your files if needed.
