How do I receive my files?
Immediately after payment, download links appear on your order confirmation page and are also emailed to you. No account needed.
What format are the files?
High-quality PDF files. You can print them at home or use them on any tablet with a PDF annotation app. No special software required.
How many pages is each product?
Page counts are listed on every product page — from 15-page challenge trackers to 40-page planners.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final because digital files can't be returned. But if your files don't download, arrive corrupted, or you were charged twice, we'll fix it or refund you — see our Refund Policy for details.
Can I share the files with others?
Your purchase includes a personal-use license for one person. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the files — see our Licensing Terms.
I lost my download link. What do I do?
Email support@getcentwise.com with your order number and we'll resend your links.
Do I need a printer?
No. Every PDF works digitally on tablets and phones with any free PDF reader. Printing is optional.
How Do I Download My Purchase?
Downloading your product takes less than a minute:
- Complete your checkout — pay securely with your card or Shop Pay.
- Check your email — right after payment, Shopify sends you an order confirmation email with a Download button.
- Click the download link — your PDF file downloads instantly to your device.
- Save a backup copy — we recommend saving the file to a second location (cloud storage or another device) so you never lose it.
Didn't get the email? Check your spam/junk folder first. Still nothing? Email us at support@getcentwise.com with your order number and we will resend your download link.
What Do I Need to Use the Files?
Every Get Centwise product is a standard PDF file. You need:
- Any device — phone, tablet, or computer (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android all work).
- A free PDF reader — most devices open PDFs automatically. If yours doesn't, free options include Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, or your web browser.
- Optional: a printer — all planners are print-friendly (US Letter size). You can also fill them in digitally on a tablet with apps like GoodNotes or Notability.
No special software, no subscriptions, and no account is needed to use your files. Download once and use them forever.
Can I Print My Planner?
Yes! Every planner is designed for home printing on standard US Letter paper (8.5" × 11"). For best results, print at 100% scale with the "fit to page" option on. You may print as many copies as you need for your own personal use.
How Many Times Can I Download?
Your download link stays active and you can re-download your files if you switch devices or lose your copy. If a link ever stops working, contact us at support@getcentwise.com and we will send a fresh one.
