Because our products are digital downloads that cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund or replacement if:
- You were charged but never received working download links, and we cannot resolve the issue
- The file you received is corrupt or substantially different from its description, and we cannot provide a corrected version
- You were charged twice for the same order
How to Request
Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We review each request individually and respond within 3 business days.
What Is Not Refundable
Change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong product (please read descriptions carefully before buying), or dissatisfaction with the general concept of a planner or template do not qualify for refunds. Free previews and detailed descriptions are provided so you know exactly what you are buying.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable US state consumer protection laws.
